Open Space “Un-Conferences”

Open Space Technology is an approach that uses complex self organising behaviour to enable the participants to solve complex and diverse problems in a collective learning experience.

Participants are invited to set their agenda for several sessions, and are then encouraged to engage and interact with others in small groups or circles to derive outcomes, actions and next steps towards solving the over arching problem or theme.

Open Space Technology is used for many conference structures around the world and can also be used to host large group "Town Hall" gatherings and even scaled Retrospectives on a program of work.
